Do you provide Refunds?

- My refund policy is pretty straight forward.... I do not provide refunds for purchasing bypass procedures that you refuse to complete. If there is something that I am not able to resolve, then I did not provide you with what you purchased and I will provide a refund. If you have any questions I strongly suggest you ask them before you purchase anything. I can not read minds, I can only answer questions that are asked.

Will this void the Manufacturers Warranty?

- This is definitely one of the major concerns everyone has. You will be relieved to know that these Navigation Bypass / DVD in motion Procedures are not going to void any warranties. In addition to the inability of the manufacture to void a warranty, the procedures for "Entering Addresses into you Navigation unit and Watching Dvd's" while driving are very discrete. All of these procedures are easily reversible and most are so discrete that unless you knew about it you wouldn't even notice the modification.

I am not a mechanic or mechanically inclined - Can I still complete the Navigation Bypass?

- ABSOLUTELY! My instructions will take you from start to finish showing you exactly what and how to complete the procedure. Many of these procedures contain very detailed pictures and instructions. If you are able to read, then you are able to complete these Navigation Overrides!

What type of support do you provide if I have any questions or problems?

- I will go above and beyond to provide you with the help that you need. My main method of support is through email. 99.9% of all problems can be resolved through email. I will provide phone support but ONLY if I am not able to help you through email.

How long does it take you to respond to emails?

- I typically reply to emails with 24-48 hours. I am a very busy person. I juggle a Family, Full-time job, and 2 online businesses. One of the huge benefits of email is that I am able to answer questions during the times that I am not busy, like 5am.
